What do I love enough to share with the whole world?

I love creating a sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. I perform my classic facial with a focus on lymphatic drainage, targeting areas around the eyes, ears, nose, neck, throat, shoulders, and extending into the chest and underarms. This treatment aims to eliminate the "stuck muck" that has been accumulating throughout your lifetime.

Our internal posture, which we habitually adopt to tackle the day's tasks, can be a significant reason why lymphatic toxins become trapped in our bodies. This stagnation can prevent proper drainage in our sinuses, impair our hearing, and even lead to symptoms like ringing in the ears due to accumulated pressure. Tension around the eyes is often a response to stress; we unconsciously grip internally, creating blockages within our own bodies.

With over 15 years of experience in health, wellness, and skincare, I have seamlessly combined yogic and qi gong principles of breath and meditation with the latest skincare technologies. This integration offers a truly unique experience that will leave you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

In addition to skincare, I also offer Tui Na,  a form of effective acupressure points, to alleviate sinus pressure, tinnitus/diluted hearing,.  Addressing the fire within, which further enhances your overall well being. Opening up area's around your ears, eyes, nose, mouth, throat, neck, shoulders, arms, elbows, wrists, fingers, down to tips of your toes,  where many of the rivers end and being. Think about a river and the edges, along them, is a build up of stuck muck. This too happens in ones body! So by addressing the stuck muck and along your bodies meridians and help pump it our transport stations which then the body eliminates these toxins. AKA STUCK MUCH!  The bodies river channels, removing stuck muck, alleviating many acute and or chronic irritations.  I look forward to embarking on this transformative journey with you! I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Speech Language & Hearing Disorders. This is my area of focus! This area of focus is highly affective in helping one feel alive! An overall sense of homeostasis!
